“Business” Class Answers

I decided to write this quick blog because my brother, which is studying about Business had this questions asked in one of his projects, he asked me to help him out and I read the questions and decided to base my answers on real business experiences.

1.-) What is the most important economic issue to you today?

Most important economic issue to me today will be depreciation and inflation. If we go back to the real roots of why it “seems” this days like the economy collapsed is going back to decades ago when we changed our monetary and economic structure. Also it will be where all the “money” and “funding” goes; there are large sums of capital and funding being redirected to non important projects and matters. Most of the funding and money should be injected in small and start-up businesses, in failing banking resources, in the already down stock market, in real and effective schooling and educational programs, etc.

2.-) What do you think is the most important characteristic for a new entrepreneur?

The most important characteristic for a new entrepreneur is Determination, Commitment and remaining Coach-able.

3.-) What is the least important?

The least important characteristic of a new entrepreneur is being “detailed” and trying to be a perfectionist.

4.-) Can you think of a new business venture that failed?

A new business venture that failed for example will be The Young Entrepreneur Society/The YES Movie, which is a group and society of young entrepreneurs, offering “training” for young entrepreneurs and for propelling and empowering young entrepreneurship. The reason why it was unsuccessful or mainly why it didn’t last, it’s simple, because it lacked a purpose, it lacked a foundation. It was based originally just on a movie/documentary, it didn’t focused on the overall and bigger vision which was young entrepreneurship, and it didn’t last because it ran out of content, momentum and on-going promotion.

I mentioned this particular business experiences, because I want to make a clear statement for what Y.A.S. Young And Successful is all about, Jesse Redd Mr. Entrepreneur is all about and mostly the real philosophy behind being a 1%ER.

  4. Hey Linda,I just came up with this the other day. Looking at this from a network mrnketiag point of view, I’ve come to the conclusion that there is an indicator that will predict a persons success or failure, regardless of any other factor involved.I call it the What are you doing NOW test. At least until I come up with a better name for it. So here goes: Anything you’re not doing in your business while you still have a job, you won’t do after you quit your job. Meaning: If you’re not posting to your social sites every day, if you’re not posting to your blog regularly, if you’re not emailing your list daily, if you’re not on the phone prospecting daily, if you’re not studying sales and phone techniques, guess what? You won’t do it when you’re full-time in your business and you will inevitably fail.My suggestion to anyone contemplating going full-time in their network mrnketiag business is this:Take note of what you’re doing. Are you making a list every night of things you must accomplish in your business the following day? Are you prioritizing that list, and resolving to finish those tasks? Are you working as long as it takes regardless of whether you feel like it or are tired? Have you consistently followed your plan for weeks, or better yet months? Are you making progress in your business now, or are you fooling yourself into thinking that when you have all day to work on it THEN you’ll get some momentum going? If you can’t honestly say that all of those things (and probably a few more) are true then YOU ARE NOT READY TO GO FULL-TIME.Keep your job until you have proven to yourself that you have the self-discipline to ensure that you are doing what needs to be done on a daily basis. Believe me, that bank account of yours will dwindle with frightening speed, and mindset won’t refill it. Sure, you gotta have the proper (or at least a success oriented) mindset, but it’s the actions you perform consistently that will determine your level of success.Dave Kotecki recently posted..
